Payment Policies
- Deposit must be received by “Deposit Due Date” printed on your invoice. If payment is not received by this date, your order is subject to cancellation.
- Balance must be paid in full by “Balance Due Date” printed on your invoice.
- Additional seats may be ordered, if available, up to 72 hours prior to the performance. Requests for additional seats may be made only by the teacher/representative who placed
the order, and must be paid for by credit card at the time of order.
- Payments are not accepted at the theatre.
Payment Options
Credit or Debit Card: We accept any credit or bank card with a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express logo on it.
To pay with a credit or debit card, please call us at 1.888.278.7769 between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (EST).
Check or Money Order: We accept one check for payment of your deposit and one check for payment of your balance amount. Please do not send individual
checks from your students. Checks and money orders should be made out to ARTSPOWER and mailed to:

Purchase Orders: If paying with a purchase order, please fax or mail the P.O. as confirmation of your order. Our fax number is 973.239.0165 and our address
is listed above.
- All purchase orders must be received within 14 days of your order to avoid the risk of cancellation.
- Please attach a copy of your invoice to the purchase order.
- Please include your ArtsPower CLIENT ID number, school name and address, date and time of the performance, theatre name and location, and the total number of seats ordered
on the purchase order.
- When sending a check, please follow the instructions for check payment listed above.
Attendance Procedures
- Please arrive at the theatre at 9:30 am for 10:00 am performances, and 11:30 am for 12:00 pm performances.
- Please bring a copy of your Field Trip Invoice to the theatre as we do not issue tickets.
- Please ask your students to dispose of any food, drink, candy, or gum before entering the theatre.
- Please silence all cell phones and hand-held devices before entering the theatre.
Inclement Weather Policy
- IF A PERFORMANCE IS CANCELLED – If we cancel a performance due to bad weather, we will call you on your cell phone or at home on the morning of
the performance to notify you of the cancellation.
- ARTSPOWER SNOW PROMISE – If a performance is cancelled due to snow, we will call you as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling your performance.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled performance, we will issue a full refund. That’s our promise!
