IMPORTANT ARTSPOWER AND THEATRE POLICIES

Orders are confirmed once we receive your deposit. If the deposit is not paid by the date printed on your invoice, your order may be cancelled.

If you are paying by Purchase Order, please fax (973.239.0165) or mail the P.O. as soon as possible. If we do not receive the P.O. information by the date printed on your invoice, your order may be cancelled.

Checks should be made payable to ArtsPower and must be mailed to our business office, located at Webster Commons, 271 Grove Avenue, Building A, Verona, NJ 07044. Please do not send multiple checks. Please include a copy of the invoice with your payment and write your “Client ID” in the check memo section. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept PAYMENT at the theatre.

Additional seats may be ordered if available and can only be ordered by the person who placed the original order or another school representative.

A production Study Buddy®, an educational guide to prepare your students for their specific theatre experience, is available for download. Driving directions to the theatre and bus parking information can also be found below.

ArtsPower does not utilize tickets or seat vouchers for our Theatre Field Trips. If you are paid in full, then you are all set to attend your ArtsPower Field Trip. The theatre will have a list of all schools scheduled to attend the show.

No credits or refunds can be issued for orders cancelled after the “Balance Due Date.”

To facilitate the seating process, please plan on arriving at the theatre entrance 30 minutes before the performance curtain time. Unfortunately, we will be unable to hold the curtain for more than 5 minutes, and latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the theatre’s management.

ArtsPower’s Field Trip Series works in conjunction with Actors’ Equity Association. Actors’ Equity does not allow photographs, audio, or video tape to be taken at any point during the performance. Please inform your students, chaperones, and other teachers about this policy.

The ArtsPower Field Trip Theatres do not allow food or drink, including gum, in the theatre. We appreciate your cooperation in enforcing this request.
